🍑Entreno de glúteos🍑 Te lo guardas y cuando te toque, pum! Le das caña!!! Bueno, como en el otro, os dejo unos ejercicios básicos para moldear y dar volumen a esos culillos, ah! Y no solo es para las chicas!!! 😏 Calentamos con unas: -sentadillas de sumo 4x12/15 (haz una más al principio, sin peso o con poco peso unas 15/20)* -jaca invertida para glúteos 4x15 -hip trust (el mejor) 4x15* -zancada para glúteos 4x12* *las sentadillas se sumo con steps es mejor, para elevarnos y poder hundir bien el peso. Recuerda estar rectx y tus rodillas van en diagonal hacia fuera, quedando sobre tus talones. *puedes hacerlo con barra, con saco, pesas o sin peso. Coloca bien tus escápulas sobre el banco, la barbilla un poco hacia delante como si sostuvieras una pelota de tenis entre barbilla y pecho, rodillas sobre talones y al subir intenta llevar tus rodillas hacia delante, apretar glúteo y contraer abdomen. (sé que son muchas cosas, pero poco a poco y concentrados, sale 💪🏽) *barra, pesas o nada.
